Our Livelihood Is Our Life's Passion

Although we enjoyed over 20 years working in the tile and stone industry, in 2007 we decided to make our love of our work personal and thus began the story of Rock Solid Marble and Granite. In September of 2007, we opened our countertop fabrication shop and retail showroom in an 1800 sq. ft. building at 1345 North Main Street in Sheffield, MA. Within a few short successful years, we were busting at the seams and moved our fabrication shop to a new larger 2000 sq. ft. space just a mile down the road. This move also enabled us to increase the size of our showroom allowing us to provide a well-rounded offering of natural stone, tile and setting materials to our retail and trade customers.

As a local, family-owned business our goal is to provide our customers with personal attention and quality craftsmanship.

In our business, we firmly believe in continuing education. That’s why we are passionate about providing all of our employees with regular opportunities to hone their skills. Visits to our distributors and, trips to actual quarries and attendance at various product seminars has allowed all of us to refine our abilities, put our best foot forward and apply this training in our customer relationships.

Unlike the big box stores when you come to Rock Solid you’ll be able to deal with the same people from start to finish. We are the salesperson, the fabricator, and the installer.
